Sparkle pink

Well here is the lo I made using the stash from woywdw , the journalling is on card tucked behind the photo , I found this lovely to do and think I will definitely be doing more pink lo , its great having a little girl for this , although I do find more masculine lo easier to do , I don't know why. The daisy and dandelion papers I used were lovely I really like them , I do keep looking at it though thinking does it need something more, I cant decide.


Thank you for all your comments for the woywdw , I think this is a fab thing to do and enjoyed having a look around at peoples desks, not that i am at all nosey lol .

snow day

Well I now have a laptop charger so now can start blogging again, dont know how people managed without internet . Well my latest lo is Snow Day , yes i know its been a long time since the snow but i loved these pictures of the children playing, i have been stuck in a rut as late with no mojo and then having to miss the crop due to my husbands job was not a happy bunny, but with the help of laura at airing cupboard crafts i got this started last night and finished it today.

The papers is from The Snowman range and the snowflakes were cut out on the Cuttlebug and then embossed, had great fun doing this and was really pleased with the end lo .

pink and blue

I wanted to have a lo where i could scrap all my children together, having three boys and then one girl i needed to incorporate pink on to what would be a more dominant blue page, i used the lo sketch from a magazine and changed it a little , as you can see i am new to this and being one of my first lo it isnt perfect but we learn from our mistakes.
I have now decided that i am going to try and one lo a week i have lots of ideas etc but sometimes its just finding the time lol

All New To This

Well I have done after much encouragement from my friends at airing cupboard crafts and caesar crafts I have made my own Blog. Photos will follow of my latest scrap booking lo, I was initially worried about doing this as it means that others can see my work but realised here in Blog world nobody judges you on your achievements and how you choose to do your own lo and what you choose to put on them.

I am very new to this but am finding my way around the wording for things and now have managed to achieve quite a paper addiction in the process, the only trouble I have is I don't like to then cut it , some thing i am sure all of scrap bookers have a problem with at some points.

I am going to go and now work out how to get my pictures on to here it could be some time, i am not that technically minded although i am sure i have a good couple of friend who can help me.
